Opticall BPO was founded in 2016 with the premise of becoming the leading support center in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. However, we want to let people know that we are more than a call center. Yes, it’s one of our departments, but that it’s not all we do; we currently have over 15 support departments like Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, Back-office, and many more.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level

  Since we are the support center for one of the fastest growing optical stores in the United States., right now our positions require at least a 90% of English, with a high level of communication.

• Schedule flexibility

  Depending on the positions, our schedules may vary.
